Greetings from Basilan island in the precious name of our Lord and saviour, Jesus Christ whom we love and serve.

I praise the Lord for what he is doing in my life. I am happy to experience working for my Lord; I am really glad and feel that I am fulfilling something in my life. Since the month of November I gathered all my contacts whom I have witnesssed about the saving grace of the Lord and we gathered for prayers and Bible studies every Sunday afternoon and we are increasing in number. We need your prayers that the Lord will let grow the word of God; they are listening every week. Pastor Ed Butler sent to us about a dozen Bibles though a small letters, but we just use it because there is no other. Last Sunday we were 13 to include 2 little children.

By the way I already bought a motorcycle, a Honda 125 with electric starter, color green and it is very convenient for me. I thank the Lord for it.

I was privileged to attend the Church Anniversary of Pastor Ed Butler in Davao City. I gave my testimony and the Lord was glorified I believe.

The person who will take my place with the USAID projects is under training so that I can work full time for the Lord.

It's so wonderful to be in the center of the will of the Lord; it gives joy and contentment in life, as well as inspiration through the Holy Spirit. I thank you for the training you have given me there at thte Broken Arrow Baptist Church. I am also studying with video tapes from Pastor Ed Butler. What he is teaching in the Bible school in Davao I am also listening through the tapes and it is a good teaching method.
