Lord, you are altogether lovely
My soul yearns to reach up and touch you
To get ever closer to you
I seem to sense you smiling, saying
Yes, my child, it is good that you wish to be closer to me
Listen to my still small voice and I will lead you in the way that you should go
Seek my will daily and you will be strengthened, renewed, refreshed
For my yoke is easy and my burden light

Jesus my Lord, You are wonderful,
You are my joy, You are my peace,
You supply my every need
You are my strength, You are my everything.
Sometimes is seems as if you are so near,
I want to reach up and touch you
You are nearer than near, For you live within my heart
And I rejoice and am strengthened and uplifted.
God answers prayer - if you ask him
He may say yes, He may say no
He may say not just yet
But He alsways answers
Our hope is in Him alone.
